Relyon offer a guarantee of between 15 years and 5 years depending on the mattress or bed bought. Please see each individual product for the guarantee.
Relyon will repair or replace, free of charge, any product that becomes defective due to faulty materials or poor workmanship within that period. In the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault develops during the warranty period, inform the retailer where you purchased the product the nature of your complaint.
In order to progress a claim under guarantee we the retailer will require the following information listed below:
The warranty will cease to apply if:
Following replacement or repair, the warranty will remain valid from the date of original purchase.
Relyon reserves the right to substitute alternative materials if the original is no longer available. Relyon unfortunately cannot undertake to match other items not under complaint with any substitute fabric used on a replaced item.
The same conditions apply to a rooll up mattress as above. However Relyon roll up mattresses have a 5 year guarantee and the Guest Bed Frames have a 1 year guarantee.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Update 1.7.2016
For your peace of mind, there is an 8 year guarantee on all Relyon mattresses and Relyon divan beds purchased from 1st July 2016. For Relyon beds and mattresses purchased prior to this date there is a 5 year guarantee. For Relyon roll up mattresses see below.
Customers should note that under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, they do not have the right to cancel Relyon beds and mattresses that have been specially ordered to their specific specification. This applies to beds with multiple variants, where the bed has been manufactured specifically for the customer. For example where there is a choice of mattress spring tensions and divan base fabrics. This ruling will generally apply to all beds or mattresses ordered from all our suppliers.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
Limits of application: circumstances excluding cancellation
28 (1b) the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised;
28 (3a) In the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery;
34 (9) If (in the case of a sales contract) the value of the goods is diminished by any amount as a result of handling of the goods by the consumer beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the trader may recover that amount from the consumer, up to the contract price.
If you have any doubt about your order please contact us to discuss prior to ordering
It is for this reason that each Relyon bed or mattress specifically ordered to the customer’s specification is not available from stock and is made to order, hence the general lead time of 6-8 weeks.
Your statutory rights are not affected in the event of faulty merchandise.
