Relyon Beds & Mattresses - Home Delivery Service

Preparing for delivery of your Relyon Bed & Mattress

Please take time to read this important article as suitable access to your home is the responsibilty of the customer. It is important to prepare your home for the team delivering your new Relyon bed, mattress or headboard. How to prepare your home for delivery.

Relyon Beds & mattresses Delivery Service

Where a mobile phone number has been provided, you will be contacted by text once your order is ready for delivery. At this stage you can select your delivery date. The evening before delivery (after 5pm) you will receive a text message with a 3 hour time slot. On the day of the delivery you should receive a pre delivery call.

If we don't have a mobile number, you will be contacted by email to arrange a delivery date. You will not receive the a message with a time slot the evening before.

The delivery service will be a provided by two individuals, with a room of choice drop, unpacking, assembly and removal of packaging. Removal of the old bed is not part of the service, but is available for an extra charge and must be booked when the order is placed with Big Brand Beds.

Relyon's delivery partner will make up to 2 attempts to effect a successful delivery. If unsuccessful on the second attempt at delivery, Relyon Beds will cancel the delivery and refer back to Big Brand Beds for support in progressing the order. In the event of this happening, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the failed delivery.

The same process is followed for headboard orders. However headboard only orders attract a delivery charge if under £399. If a headboard is ordered at the same time as a bed or mattress it will be delivered free.

Failed Delivery

In the event of a delivery being booked and the delivery fails, the charge of the second delivery attempt and subsequent deliveries thereafter will be down to the customer. We will not attempt additional deliveries until payment has been made. The cost of the deliveries varies from area to area but can cost up to £180 to the Scottish Highlands.

Relyon Vacuum Packed Roll Up Mattresses

Please note we are unable to offer a disposal service to customers ordering Relyon roll pack mattresses.

A one man service will deliver your roll up mattress to your door between 8am - 6pm.

Relyon 7 Day Delivery Service

This service is only offered on selected double and king size Relyon mattresses. These are currently the Ullswater, Derwent and OrthoTurn Pocket 1500.

  • A two person team will deliver the mattress to a room of choice, unwrap it and remove all packaging.
  • Free disposal of the old mattress is available but must be added to the basket.
  • Our provider will email the customer to arrange the delivery. Customers can select a preferred delivery day from Monday – Friday to suit them!
  • A reminder SMS and email will be sent to the customer the day before delivery is due.
  • On the delivery day, the driver will call ahead to provide an update on their progress.
  • Convenient live tracking is also available online.

Zone 3

We will always try to offer free delivery to Zone 3. However, depending on the size of the order we reserve the right to impose a delivery surcharge to Zone 3 postcodes.  If we need to we will contact you to discuss. Be aware that deliveries can take an extra week to Zone 3

Zone 4 & 5

Please contact us for prices for delivery to Zone 4 & 5. Please allow an extra 10 days for deliveries to Zones 4 & 5
