Sitting on the firm tension king size bed, the mattress feels incredibly I sink into the deep layers of upholstery and then the spring comes into play giving plenty of support. The 3 rows of hand side stitching help the mattress hold its shape, with the border also holding its shape well. I can already sense that this is going to be a mattress that suits me.

Lying on my back on the mattress I sink into the upholstery, but the mattress has a firm supportive feel. The generous layers of upholstery fill all the voids in my back and the level of support feels perfect. I move with ease onto my side and once again the deep upholstery provides extreme comfort to my shoulders, hips and ankles. I'm surprised at how comfortable it feels lying on my front. Although this is a firm tension mattress, Hypnos have, in my opinion the perfect balance of comfort and support in this mattress. Whatever your weight, this mattress will provide comfort and support in abundance. There are not many mattresses that i can say that about. I would certainly consider the Hypnos Orthocare Superior mattress when I need to replace my current bed.

Weighing in at 36.5 kilos (king size) it is a huge benefit that the Hypnos Orthocare Superior mattress is a no turn single sided mattress. For people that are old school and still swear by a 2 sided turnable mattress, the Hypnos Orthos Support 8 is the equivalent.
