Jay-Be will operate deliveries for their products as this enables delivery to our customers folding beds to be made within 48 hours of ordering.
Orders for Jay-Be folding beds received before 10.00am will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day.
Orders received after 10.00am will be dispatched the following working day for delivery the next working day.
An order received before 10am on Friday will be dispatched on Friday afternoon and delivered on Monday the following week.
An order placed after 10am on Friday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
If the consumer is not available to sign for and receive the delivery, a “Calling Card” will be left for the consumer to arrange a redelivery at their convenience. If the consumer does not arrange a redelivery, we will attempt to deliver again the following day. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to the factory and the consumer contacted.
The one man delivery service, generally operated by Tuffnells on a Monday to Friday for Jay-Be folding beds is to the customer’s front door only and does not include any unpacking, assembly or removal of packaging. Tuffnells & Fedex will deliver covers, protectors and bedding when ordered with folding beds.
Free delivery is to the UK mainland, but excludes Scottish Highlands. Please see below for a list of surcharges.

In the event of a customer placing an order for delivery to one of these area, we will contact them to arrange to take the additional payment as our website does not enable us to make additional charges for delivery to these areas. The sale will not be processed until the payment has been made.
Folding Bed Covers are sent out by Royal Mail on a second class service unless they are ordered with a folding bed.
Jay-Be mattress protectors are sent out on a next day service via DX 01924 221080 unless they are ordered with a folding bed.
Please be aware that when the carrier delivers your goods, you should inspect them, particularly if the box has been damaged. The driver by law has to wait. If you or the recipient does not have the time to inspect the goods, please sign and state ‘not examined’. Do not let the driver sign on your behalf. If they use covid as an excuse take a picture of the driver with the box. In the worst-case scenario, reject the delivery. Due to the carriers terms and conditions if the box is damaged and not signed for as damaged on delivery, then they are not liable and we will not be able to replace the goods.
In the event of the parcels arriving damaged and the contents are damaged, we recommend you refuse the delivery and do not sign. Email us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
If, when you open the boxes there are damaged parts, please email us pictures and we will arrange for the faulty items to be replaced.
In the event of you wishing to return a Jay-Be folding bed, the cost is £42, unless it is damaged.
